Shipping

Free shipping on selected items for a limited time only. Free shipping does not include shipments considered large by UPS or any of our framed items. Small packages qualify for free shipping when shipped within the continental US only

Sports Lot, Inc. would like for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your memorabilia please follow these return instructions:

1. Contact Sports Lot, Inc. by email at support@sportslot.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment.
2. Returns and Exchanges for damaged goods are accepted within two (2) days of item delivery.
3. Mark the shipping container clearly with the RMA number and return to:

4. Include the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with the return shipment. No credit will be given without the COA.
5. Sports Lot, Inc. will refund shipping charges if our merchandise was damaged, defective, or shipped to you in error.
6. All merchandise is considered to belong to you until we receive it back in satisfactory condition. We suggest that you ship the package back to us insured for the purchase value.

When using your credit card on our website, it is authorized and charged when ordering. We normally ship within one day but no later than three (3) business days after ordering. Please allow extra time for framed items. Shipments will not be delivered to a PO Box, APO, or FPO address.

If your order has not been shipped we can cancel your order. Our normal return policy applied is the item has been shipped. We will credit back your transaction once your cancellation notice has been accepted.

Your item will need to be inspected upon delivery. Any issues please contact customer service immediately. Sports Lot, inc. will respond with a return authorization number (RA) and shipping instructions. Vintage and game-used items cannot be returned. Merchandise is not considered returned until everything (including proof of authenticity) is received back in satisfactory condition. We suggest when shipping back that you insure your item at purchase value for your own protection and obtain a tracking number. NOTICE: Any return requests will not be honored following the 15th day of delivery.

Privacy Policy

Sports Lot, Inc. will not rent or sell your peronal information. We do not share any information with a third party other an the credit card processor used to process the order. We provide links to other websites and do not have control over their privacy policy. We have a variety of security measures in place to help maintain security with the personal information provided to order an item. We allow users to opt out from receiving any emails from Sports Lot, Inc. If we decide to change our policy, we will post changes on this page so everyone is always up to date. Sport Lot, Inc. uses cookies to allow you to view your list at a later time. By using our site you consent to our privacy policy. By accepting these terms, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may use this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Pricing Infomation

Sports Lot, Inc. strives to be accurate in product pricing and information. Pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. If an item is incorrectly priced or has incorrect information, Sports Lot, Inc. shall have the right, at our descretion, to refuse or cancel an order placed for that item. Please note there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
